Doober's PurrDolls Kitten Shipping Contract
Specific shipping arrangements will be determined in advance by the Seller.
Seller, with the cats/kitten’s best welfare in mind will decide the best flight
for said cat/kitten and will confirm these schedules with Buyer.
Seller will make shipping arrangements
for said kitten to be flown counter to counter and should be picked up by
Purchaser at the ticket counter. Seller will notify Purchaser before shipping is
arranged. Shipping will be arranged, as Purchaser requires, if possible. Seller
well then give Purchaser flight gates and time arrivals. If Purchaser doesn’t
accept cat and has paid for cat, no money will be refunded, cat is forfeited and
Seller may sell/place with a new owner.
It is agreed that this sale is taking place in the State of Washington, USA. It is agreed, though, that this contract will be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, USA. The parties each consent to personal and subject matter jurisdiction being had by the courts of said State and that this has been discussed by and agreed to by each of us. In addition but not limited to, all action must be brought forth in the court system of Port Angeles, WA, USA.
Doober's PurrDolls has the right to cancel this contract at any time before, during or after placement of said kitten without any recourse or prejudice if purchaser is falsely representing himself or herself.
All Shipping costs are to be ‘Prepaid’ by the Buyer, when purchasing a cat/kitten that must be shipped. Shipping costs include freight charges from Seattle/Tacoma International Airport to point of destination, an airline-approved carrier of suitable size, (provided by the Seller), and a Health Certificate (required for shipping-not to exceed 10 days from date of issuance). Please prepay with either a money order or cashier’s check, also Paypal, with a 4% fee added for Paypal fees. Personal checks will only be accepted if number is over 1000. This signed sales agreement must be returned prior to cat/kitten being shipped.
The Buyer agrees to fulfill their responsibility as consignee in taking delivery
of cat/kitten at the expected time of flight arrival. In the event of flight
delays or cancellations, the Buyer will make the appropriate arrangements to
return to the airport to take delivery of the cat/kitten in a timely manner.
Buyer agrees to ensure the safe pick-up of this cat/kitten and will not be
permit said cat/kitten to be sent to an interim boarding facility. Seller is not
responsible for any wrong doings from Continental Airlines.
Doober's PurrDolls contracts are comprehensive because they are meant to offer
full protection for the kittens we raise in our home. No cat or kitten will be
delivered or shipped to its new home before we receive a signed contract and
payment in full.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees seller has quoted of $285.00. Failure to pay in full for the cat, shipping, crate and health certificate by 10 days prior to flight time will result in loss of deposit by Buyer. Seller shall then be free to place the cat with another buyer.
